Whether you already have artwork or need help creating something from scratch, I'll work with you to bring your vision to life. Together we'll choose the best apparel and decoration method for your project. Once the design is ready, I'll create digital mockups and provide a detailed quote before moving forward.
Once you're happy with everything, I'll send your invoice. A 50% deposit secures your order and gets it on my production schedule. I'll also provide an estimated completion date.
Now it's my turn! Your apparel is printed or embroidered, quality checked, folded, and carefully packed to make sure every detail is just right.

Yes, absolutely. You can either customize apparel I already carry or supply your own garments for embroidery.
I completely understand wanting to use brands or styles you already love, especially for embroidered items where fit and comfort matter. Many times, favorite retail brands are not available through my wholesalers or suppliers, so I’m happy to work with customer-supplied apparel when possible.
If you'd like to provide your own apparel, that's absolutely okay! Before I begin, I'll have you sign a Customer-Supplied Item Agreement. I take great care with every item, but because I can't guarantee the quality or condition of garments I didn't purchase, embroidery is completed at your own risk. The agreement simply acknowledges that Farmhouse Tees isn't responsible for damage or defects that may occur during the embroidery process.
A few things to keep in mind:
Condition:
Items should be clean, unworn, and free of damage.
Material:
Certain garments purchased from retail stores may contain coatings or treatments that do not react well with some printing methods. Cotton and cotton-blend garments generally work best, while some synthetic, waterproof, or heavily textured materials can be more difficult to work with.
Before purchasing your garments, please reach out so we can discuss the specific items you’re wanting to use and make sure they’ll work well for your project.

Start by filling out the order form with your idea and details. From there:
- I’ll review your request
- Reach out with questions if needed

- Send a mockup if applicable
Once everything is approved, production will begin.
Some custom orders may require a setup fee or embroidery digitizing fee, depending on your artwork and project.
All costs will be clearly discussed and approved before moving forward.
Custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks from final approval to shipment, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Larger projects or specialty items may take longer.
If you have a specific deadline for an event, birthday, holiday, or business launch, please let me know upfront and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.
Yes. A digital mockup or proof will be sent for approval before production begins.
Nothing is printed or embroidered until you approve the final design. I want you to love your custom order before it’s made.
Once your design, quantity, and timeline are finalized, I’ll send you an invoice.
A 60% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping or delivery.
Because custom orders are created specifically for you, all custom sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a defect or an error on my end. That’s why I provide proofs before production begins, to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it before we move forward.
If I make a mistake, I will absolutely make it right at no additional cost.
There is no minimum for most custom orders. I’m happy to create single personalized items as well as large group orders.
Bulk pricing may be available on larger orders, so please include your estimated quantity when reaching out.
Absolutely. I offer a variety of font styles ranging from classic script to bold block lettering, along with a large selection of thread and ink colors.
If you already have colors or a style in mind, include those details when submitting your request and I’ll help guide you through the options.
Yes. Once we’ve connected and confirmed your order details, you’ll be able to upload your artwork directly through the order form.
If your logo or design needs cleanup or preparation for embroidery or printing, I also work with designers who can help digitize and prep artwork files when needed.
For the best results, here’s what I recommend:
File Formats:
PNG or SVG files work best. AI or EPS vector files are even better when available.
Resolution:
For printing, artwork should be at least 300 DPI at the size you’d like it printed. Low-quality screenshots or web images may not print clearly.
Background:
Transparent backgrounds work best whenever possible.
Brand Colors:
If you use specific brand colors, include your hex codes or Pantone colors so we can match them as closely as possible.

Rush orders may be available depending on the size of your order and current orders in queue.
