We'll work together to create your design. Bring your own artwork or I can refer you to a local graphic designer to design something from scratch. Either way, you'll receive a proof to approve before anything is printed.
Once your design is approved, I'll begin creating your custom apparel with care. Every order is made just for you and completed within the estimated production timeline.

It's simple. Your group chooses the designs, sets a sales window, and shares your unique fundraiser link with your community. Every order placed through your link is tracked automatically.
At the end of your campaign, I tally up the orders, print and ship everything, and send your group its share of the earnings. I handle it all. No inventory to manage, no risk.
Anyone with a cause and a community. I’ve worked with school groups, but open to working with farm families, libraries, and small-town community organizations. If you’re raising money for something meaningful, I’d love to be part of it!
There is a $45 one-time setup fee to launch your fundraiser. This covers storefront setup, fundraiser tracking, and campaign management so your group can have a simple, stress-free experience from start to finish. Some fundraisers may also require minimum sales goals depending on the products offered and campaign setup. Any requirements will be discussed upfront with you.

Most campaigns run for 2–4 weeks. This gives your community enough time to place orders while still creating excitement and urgency around the fundraiser. I’ll work with you to choose a timeline that fits your group best.
Every fundraiser gets access to a fundraiser tracking dashboard. You can log in at any time to see how many orders have been placed, which items are selling, and how much your group has earned so far. No spreadsheets and no guesswork. Everything updates automatically so you always know how your fundraiser is doing.
Every fundraiser is customized based on your group’s goals, product choices, and projected order volume. Earnings vary depending on the products offered and the pricing structure chosen for your fundraiser. Before your campaign launches, I’ll walk you through the fundraising breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.
Fundraiser payouts are sent after the campaign closes and all orders have been completed. You’ll receive a summary of total sales, items ordered, and final earnings. Payments are typically mailed by check within 2–3 weeks after the fundraiser wraps up.
Each fundraiser receives a unique link that can be shared through social media, text, email, or however works best for your group. Supporters simply click the link, choose their items and colors/sizes, and place their order securely online. Every purchase is automatically connected to your fundraiser.
Most fundraisers include graphic tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, or embroidered apparel. Available product options may vary depending on your fundraiser goals, timeline, and design choices.
Yes. Some groups choose from existing Farmhouse Tees designs, while others work with me to create something more custom for their organization or event. Design options will be discussed during the setup process.
Some fundraisers may require minimum order quantities depending on the products offered and level of customization requested. Any minimums or sales requirements will be discussed before your fundraiser launches.
At this time, fundraiser orders are grouped together and delivered to the fundraiser organizer for distribution. Local pickup options may also be available depending on your location. We will discuss in the initial call.
Because fundraiser items are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. If there’s a sizing issue, please reach out. In some cases, additional items may be reordered depending on product availability and print inventory.
Absolutely. Many groups choose to run seasonal fundraisers or hold multiple campaigns throughout the year for different events, trips, or projects.
