Our tees are designed with a relaxed, easy fit that works for everyday life. Most women stay true to size for a comfortable, relaxed fit. If you love an oversized look, I recommend sizing up one. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements.

Most sweatshirts fit true to size. Gildan sweatshirts have a standard relaxed fit, while Independent Trading Co. sweatshirts tend to run slightly roomier and more oversized.

In many cases, yes. If you’d like a different shirt or sweatshirt color than what’s listed, please send me an email before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s available.

Most designs are limited-run and may not be restocked once sold out. Occasionally, popular styles may return in the future.

Most women stay true to size for a relaxed fit. If you’re shopping for someone else, try checking the size of a favorite tee or sweatshirt they already wear or ask a family member for help picking the best size.

Most embroidered hats are one size fits most and feature an adjustable back closure for a comfortable fit. They work well whether your hair is up, down, or somewhere in between.

We use soft, high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics that feel broken in from the very first wear. No stiff, scratchy tees here. Our shirts fit similarly to your favorite worn-in Comfort Colors or Bella+Canvas tees.

Our shirts are made with quality fabrics and should have minimal shrinkage when cared for properly. We always recommend washing cold and tumble drying low to help preserve the fit and softness.

Every order is printed or embroidered in my farmhouse basement in Northwest Iowa. Each piece is made with care and intention for hardworking rural women who love cozy, everyday apparel.

Turn your tee inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low. This helps keep the print looking sharp and the fabric feeling soft wash after wash. We recommend avoiding high heat, as it’s the number one reason prints crack over time.

Some designs are created by me, while others are purchased from talented designers and customized to fit the Farmhouse Tees style and brand.

Most Farmhouse Tees products are made using screen printing or embroidery, with occasional DTF printing depending on the design and garment style. Each product listing will specify which printing method is used for that particular item.

At this time, additional gift wrapping and handwritten gift notes are not available. However, every order is packaged neatly and carefully with a cozy small-business touch.

Yes! I love creating custom apparel. Whether you want a family name, farm name, business logo, team apparel, or a special saying, custom orders are available. Read more below and visit the Custom Orders page for more information and to get started.

Yes. You can either customize apparel we already carry or supply your own garments for printing or embroidery.

I completely understand wanting to use brands or styles you already love, especially for embroidered items where fit and comfort matter. Many times, favorite retail brands are not available through my wholesalers or suppliers, so I’m happy to work with customer-supplied apparel when possible.

If you choose to provide your own items, there is a one-time $35 custom setup fee added to your order.

A few things to keep in mind:

Condition: Items should be clean, unworn, and free of damage.

Material: Certain garments purchased from retail stores may contain coatings or treatments that do not react well with some printing methods or embroidery processes. Cotton and cotton-blend garments generally work best, while some synthetic, waterproof, or heavily textured materials can be more difficult to work with.

Before purchasing your garments, please reach out so we can discuss the specific items you’re wanting to use and make sure they’ll work well for your project.

Please note: Farmhouse Tees is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items.

Start by visiting the Custom Orders page and filling out the order form with your idea and details.

From there:

  • I’ll review your request
  • Reach out with questions if needed
  • Provide options and pricing
  • Send a mockup if applicable

Once everything is approved, production begins.

Some custom orders may require a setup fee or embroidery digitizing fee, depending on the project. All costs will be clearly discussed and approved before moving forward.

Custom orders typically take 3–6 weeks from final approval to shipment, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Larger projects or specialty items may take longer.

If you have a specific deadline for an event, birthday, holiday, or business launch, please let me know upfront and I’ll do my best to accommodate your timeline.

Because custom orders are created specifically for you, all custom sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if there is a defect or an error on my end. That’s why I provide proofs before production begins, to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it before we move forward.

If I make a mistake, I will absolutely make it right at no additional cost.

Rush orders may be available depending on my current workload and the size of your order.

If you have a deadline, please mention it when submitting your request and I’ll let you know what’s possible. Additional rush fees may apply.
